Here is the little beach I camped on just up from the West tip of Hayden Island. There were 4 Tidewater Barges anchored just off this beach. They provided some good wind protection.

The little pile dike is at the tip of Hayden Island. That ship was being maneuvered into it's dock to unload it's cargo of new cars. The dock is just up from Kelly Point Park. You can't see it but the large container docks are just up from this point. Got some good pictures of it coming on day 3.
This car carrier was unloaded over night and went by me on the river on day 3.
